Engineering services are governed by a separate signed statement of work. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the statement of work prevails.

Site content, brand marks, and code samples remain the property of Evarasoft Corp. Client deliverables transfer as defined in the applicable contract.
Warranties and liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Evarasoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service contract, or otherwise by the laws applicable at Evarasoft's registered office.
